A SPACIOUS PRACTICE SPACE OPEN TO NATURE
85 m² to breathe, move and reconnect.Our spacious Shala is designed for yoga, Pilates, sound baths and other wellbeing practices.Here, space is a luxury.With a beautiful wooden floor and underfloor heating, the Shala is comfortable in every season.It is fully equipped for groups of up to 18 people, with mats, bolsters, blocks, straps and blankets.Large windows open onto the surrounding greenery and the river, creating a natural connection with the landscape.
FIVE BEDROOMS, EACH WITH ITS OWN BATHROOM
Comfortable rooms designed for restful stays.
The main house has five spacious bedrooms — four upstairs and one on the ground floor — each with its own private bathroom and toilet.All beds are individual 90 × 200 cm beds, carefully selected for exceptional sleeping comfort. They can be joined together when needed.Retreat organisers and teachers have their own independent bedroom in a separate building, offering privacy and a quiet space to recharge.

Rooms accommodate 2, 3 or 4 guests, giving you flexibility when organising your retreat.On the ground floor, a spacious, independent bedroom with four single beds, fully accessible to guests with reduced mobility.

I'm Sophie, the guardian of Maison Fertile
A passionate yoga practitioner for more than 20 years, I first imagined Maison Fertile as a place where people could slow down, reconnect with nature and create space for themselves.
It took more than three and a half years to patiently renovate the property, bring its old stone buildings back to life, reshape the grounds and turn this blank page into the place I had dreamed of.
« Maison Fertile was born from my deep respect for the nature that surrounds it. It is a return to a simpler way of living: discovering beauty both inside and out, cultivating our inner world, and allowing the precious resources within us to bloom. »

The name "Maison Fertile" tells part of the story of the place.“Fer” — iron:
The property was once a 16th-century forge, and later became the home of an artist and blacksmith whose work has left its mark here.“Île” — island:
Water is everywhere around Maison Fertile — from the spring to the river and the pond — bringing a sense of calm and renewal.“Fertile” — fertile:
Because we immediately felt that this was a place for renewal, inspiration and growth — a place where beautiful ideas, experiences and connections could take root and flourish.
